I posted a pre-sales question in your forum yesterday – it was a detailed question and all I got was a “yes,” which isn’t really all that helpful. I can’t reply to that response to get clarification, which is frustrating.<\/p>\n

Here’s the original ticket<\/a><\/p>\n

So… I have been through the documentation and, while it looks like I would be able to gather additional information from attendees, I would NOT be able to charge extra for options selected in this attendee information section. I guess I could create different ticket types, but when there are 5 different options, I’d have to create 25 different ticket types to cover all possible combinations, which is not ideal.<\/p>\n

Solid answers to pre-sales questions = more sales… I’d love to purchase, but I need someone to provide more information, like LINKS to documentation or instructions as to how we might accomplish this? It’s a crucial feature for my clients.<\/p>\n
