With some testing, we&#8217;ve narrowed down the problem to them not having lat\/long parameters.<\/p>\n<p>Since we&#8217;re using the Community Events module, users submitting the event can&#8217;t add lat\/long at that point (they can only be added, manually and one by one, after the event is created) &#8211; so this is something of a major problem.<\/p>\n<p>This doesn&#8217;t appear to be a case of (the usual) Google API not recognizing the address format: I have tested creating a <a href=\"http:\/\/makemusicday.co.uk\/event\/yjtn\/\">&#8216;new&#8217;<\/a> venue with <em>exactly the same address and in the same format format<\/em> as an <a href=\"http:\/\/makemusicday.co.uk\/event\/brass-bands-flashmob\/\">existing venue<\/a> with the result that the new venue fails to show up.
