{"id":1416702,"date":"2018-01-02T22:04:19","date_gmt":"2018-01-03T06:04:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theeventscalendar.com\/support\/forums\/topic\/timeout-when-adding-ticket-type\/"},"modified":"2018-01-02T22:04:19","modified_gmt":"2018-01-03T06:04:19","slug":"timeout-when-adding-ticket-type","status":"closed","type":"topic","link":"https:\/\/theeventscalendar.com\/support\/forums\/topic\/timeout-when-adding-ticket-type\/","title":{"rendered":"Timeout when adding ticket type"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hi,<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re currently experiencing an issue with updating an existing event with a new ticket type.<\/p>\n<p>After adding a new ticket type and saving the ticket, we attempt to update the event.<\/p>\n<p>It will sit and load for a period of time, just over a minute and come to a screen in Chrome stating:<\/p>\n<p>This page isn\u2019t working<br \/>\ndev.oursite.com.au didn\u2019t send any data.<br \/>\nERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve tried increasing the max mem and also the max execution time in PHP, to no effect.<\/p>\n<p>I did notice the following error in the Apache log:<br \/>\n[Wed Jan 03 05:59:16.527007 2018] [core:notice] [pid 10016] AH00051: child pid 10029 exit signal Segmentation fault (11), possible coredump in \/etc\/apache2<\/p>\n<p>Which seems to indicate that the thread handling the POST died for some reason.<\/p>\n<p>Any idea what could be causing this? Is it a case of updating Apache?
