This is still a puzzle for us but an option would be to have an edit function for the tickets. As you can read from the post on the link above, George from your support team provided us with a plugin which can help edit the ticket details of completed purchases.<\/p>\n<p>The problem now is that plugin no longer works. I have attached an image of the edit dialog and it only has the Save and Close buttons on it. Based on the HTML codes, there is really nothing else inside the dialog.<\/p>\n<p>Maybe the ticket edit plugin also needs an update to keep up with the new versions of Events Tickets? Please do help us!
