{"id":1405467,"date":"2017-12-14T06:07:11","date_gmt":"2017-12-14T14:07:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theeventscalendar.com\/support\/forums\/topic\/ticket-description-is-missing\/"},"modified":"2017-12-20T00:05:29","modified_gmt":"2017-12-20T08:05:29","slug":"ticket-description-is-missing","status":"closed","type":"topic","link":"https:\/\/theeventscalendar.com\/support\/forums\/topic\/ticket-description-is-missing\/","title":{"rendered":"Ticket Description is missing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We&#8217;re uploading Ticket data via CSV and even though we have a column for descriptions and we are mapping that column correctly, on the front-end event, description is not visible.<\/p>\n<p>Checking the Events backend, when we click &#8220;Advanced&#8221; on each imported ticket, there is a checkbox to enable ticket description on the frontend.<\/p>\n<p>However, there is no field in the importer to map &#8220;true&#8221; or &#8220;yes&#8221; to &#8220;Show ticket description&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>So, we can upload 500 tickets, but have to open each and every one of them to tick the checkbox???
