All these issues are showing up on the back end when you are in WordPress editing the events. I may add that the most recent version of Event Tickets Plus won&#8217;t even load at all! The following error message comes up: &#8220;An error occurred while updating Event Tickets Plus: Download failed. cURL error 61: Unrecognized content encoding type. libcurl understands deflate, gzip content encodings.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>But the following is more urgent. We can&#8217;t ADD or EDIT any events in the meantime due to multiple errors. If these issues are not resolved in a timely manner (I have waited weeks now!) in both Events Calendar Pro and Event Tickets Plus we are going to ask for our money back so we can go to a different provider.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Description is blank \u2013 can select text to see it in blue, but it won\u2019t show up otherwise. Also can\u2019t toggle from Visual to text views.<\/p>\n<p>Under Time &amp; Date it says \u201cAre you sure you want to delete these events? Are you sure you want to delete this exclusion?\u201d when you open EVERY event.<\/p>\n<p>No Venue or Organizer is shown, and no drop-downs to change Venue or Organizer.<\/p>\n<p>Tickets aren\u2019t showing up, and you can\u2019t add or see any existing tickets.<\/p>\n<p>These same issues occur when I try to add a new event, so I can\u2019t add or edit or replace ANY events or event tickets. Needs fixed ASAP!<\/p>\n<p>I have tried updating all plugins, WordPress version, etc. and have looked through forums for similar problems and run suggested tests and measures, no dice.
