I have had to resend tickets to a great deal of customers who say they never received them. This could be an issue on their end i.e., forgetting which email they used to pay for the tickets, emails going into junk mail folders, etc. The problem is that I can see a ticket # in the attendees list, but I have no concrete verification that the ticket email really did go out. Can you add a field before the ticket # on attendees list that gives me a verifiable time the email was sent? Any help will be appreciated since I am wasting a lot of time following up bouncing from screen to screen.
