From looking at some videos on your site, this option is suppose to be within the ticket meta box next to the New RSVP option.  I do not see it there, I only see New RSVP and not the New Ticket option.  When viewing my Event Add-Ons, it lists Event Ticket Plus as my installed add-on.  I also have it activated and the licence key entered in correctly.
