Can I get a refund?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hello!<br \/>\nI was excited to turn my website into an ecommerce site using this plugin. However the Events tickets plus plugin has drastically affected sales leading to multiple cancelled events since it was installed in mid October. People are coming to the page via PPC ad and dropping out when they go to checkout. I would prefer going back to Eventbrite completely for ticket sales or compromising by swapping this Tickets Plus plugin for the Eventbrite plugin. I&#8217;ve deactivated the plugin because it&#8217;s been detrimental to have it live.<br \/>\nCan someone in customer service help me out?
