More precisely, <strong>it is updated when the order status is &#8220;complete&#8221; but not anymore when it is &#8220;processing&#8221;, even if i set the attendee records generation and the email ticket to customer to &#8220;Processing&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It caused of course the selling of too many tickets for some events and a lot of trouble with customers ! (This is not the first time this kind of problem happens with the plugin so I&#8217;m starting to being really disappointed&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>The temporary solution would be to set manually each order to &#8220;Complete&#8221;, but that is not what I plan to do with my time with the numerous orders that are taken every day.
