So, long story short I’m a teacher at a public school and am building a system for staff to reserve a common space.<\/p>\n
I have Pro and Community events but am having a few problems:<\/p>\n

1. I have used the theme’s guide and setup custom templates. I removed the things we didn’t want to have on form (tags, cost…) I would like to also be able to remove category and automatically assign a specific category to all added events. Is this possible?<\/p>\n
2. Is there any way to have a notes section that isn’t viewable in the actual event. I’d like teachers to be able to request laptops, projectors… and not have that viewable by the public. If you click on add event on the link above, I’ve added it as an additional field but it is public (and renders really badly in a small textfield).<\/p>\n
3. Just as above, is it possible to add a default image (of the event hall) so that I could delete that option from the form as well?<\/p>\n
