I have scoured all of the docs, knowledgebase and forums and cannot find any info on this. If you look at the attached screen capture, you’ll see that the “Stock” field is blank. I set it to “20” (you can see that above this field), but 1) It doesn’t actually work – since 10 tickets have been sold, it should say that 10 tickets are available and 2) Each time I enter a number in the Stock field, it disappears…but shows up above.<\/p>\n

This has been going on for two years now with this client site and she has an event that cannot go over 20 tickets sold (venue can’t hold any more than 20) and she’s concerned that it’ll go over 20 one day and she’ll have to give refunds.<\/p>\n
