Every time there is a new release of the regular EVENTS calendar my calendar items disappear.  When I attempt to install it from the WordPress dashboard, it doesn&#8217;t complete.  My workaround has been to use FILEZILLA to upload the folder containing the Events Calendar files manually to my plugins folder and then activate it in my wordpress dashboard.<\/p>\n<p>Today, there was a new release of the Events Calendar PRO.  When I tried to install it from my dashboard, it crashed my site.  To get the site up and running again, I used FILEZILLA to manually delete the folder from plugins on my website and re-upload the files that I received when I purchased the PRO version in January.  (I don&#8217;t know where to find the zip file with the newest release of the PRO version).
