The hyperlink is missing the &#8220;\/?rsvp_sent=1&#8221;.  The settings are not required to be a account in WP.  Anyone can RSVP without creating a login.  If I am logged into WP the RSVP works.  I am on the latest update to both the Events Calendar 4.5.13 and Event Tickets 4.5.6.
