{"id":1343299,"date":"2017-08-31T11:28:07","date_gmt":"2017-08-31T18:28:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theeventscalendar.com\/support\/forums\/topic\/maximum-imports-reached-even-though-i-dont-have-that-many-imports\/"},"modified":"2017-08-31T11:28:07","modified_gmt":"2017-08-31T18:28:07","slug":"maximum-imports-reached-even-though-i-dont-have-that-many-imports","status":"closed","type":"topic","link":"https:\/\/theeventscalendar.com\/support\/forums\/topic\/maximum-imports-reached-even-though-i-dont-have-that-many-imports\/","title":{"rendered":"Maximum Imports Reached even though I don&#039;t have that many imports"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hi,<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve opened up other tickets for some issues, but in my trying to solve other problems that have arisen with the calendar install, I&#8217;ve also noticed that it&#8217;s saying my maximum import feeds have been reached, even though there&#8217;s no way that&#8217;s possible from my perspective.<\/p>\n<p>Here are some details:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>My license has a 1000 import limit.<\/li>\n<li>I&#8217;m using the license on 2 different multi-site installs.<\/li>\n<li>Between those two installs, I&#8217;ve got ~95 sites.<\/li>\n<li>Of those 95 sites, most of them are importing only 1 feed, though some are importing up to 5.<\/li>\n<li>Even if all those sites were importing 10 feeds, I&#8217;d still only have 950 imports.<\/li>\n<li>Of those feeds being imported, a large portion of them (possibly up to 50%) are only imported once monthly.<\/li>\n<li>The rest of the feeds are imported once daily.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>I&#8217;ve check the database tables and everything else I can think of to figure out where I may be able to reset that number and have it re-scan, but I can&#8217;t.<\/p>\n<p>I also wonder if this may be the cause of some of my feeds not importing correctly on the websites.<\/p>\n<p>I also wonder if the limit is met because of how many times the feeds kept getting duplicated from a prior calendar bug (perhaps this was a side-effect that&#8217;s now causing so many people&#8217;s feeds to have stopped working?)<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, I can&#8217;t get some of my calendars to import now, and I think this may be the reason.<\/p>\n<p>Any thoughts?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-1343299","topic","type-topic","status-closed","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.2 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Maximum Imports Reached even though I don&#039;t have that many imports -<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/theeventscalendar.com\/support\/forums\/topic\/maximum-imports-reached-even-though-i-dont-have-that-many-imports\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_US\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Maximum Imports Reached even though I don&#039;t have that many imports -\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Hi, I&#8217;ve opened up other tickets for some issues, but in my trying to solve other problems that have arisen with the calendar install, I&#8217;ve also noticed that it&#8217;s saying my maximum import feeds have been reached, even though there&#8217;s no way that&#8217;s possible from my perspective.
