That post, if I’m reading it correctly, uses the Event Page as the “product “detail,” so to speak. We have Event Calendar (not Pro) and Event Tickets Pro.<\/p>\n
We sell courses (a Woocommerce Product sku). We use a custom Woocommerce product detail page template to describe the course, it’s benefits, what you’ll learn, several other custom attributes, etc. I’d like the make that template list all the dates (events name, event date, event venue [ideally allow user to filter by venue]) that the specific course (woocommerce product sku) is scheduled for (e.g. Course ABC, a 2-day course, is scheduled for Sept 2-3, New York City, Sept. 23-24, Jersey City NJ, Oct. 9-10, Sacramento CA, etc). Click on a date to go to the Event Page and see what tickets are available for that date and Add to Cart from there. It’s sort of a Movie ticket metaphor: read about the movie in general to see if it’s of interest, see what theaters and dates are available, purchase tickets for the time you want.<\/p>\n
The Event Calendar Shortcodes filters by category, but I really need the template to filter at the SKU level to constrain events to the specific product being displayed on the woocommerce product detail page. Event Tickets Plus links Event to Product via Ticket, so the data is there, of course.
