It seems to happen on the first event attempted, after logging in. Repeated attempts to submit, where it tells you a description is required, eventually result in the Description text box being available to write in. However, the initial attempts have an inaccessible description text box (it&#8217;s not there and\/or it&#8217;s not editable).<\/p>\n<p>Kind of odd sounding, I know. When I first started entering events this morning it did it and I thought it was a permanent  issue, then it finally allowed me to enter. After that it was fine every time.
