GoDaddy provides a staging WordPress instance and production WordPress instance. The staging URL is formatted like this: xxy.xyy.myftpupload.com. GoDaddy and WordPress don&#8217;t allow the staging URL to be changed, so when we update\/test Events Calendar Pro, Filter Bar, and Community Events after go-live, we plan to follow the steps at https:\/\/theeventscalendar.com\/knowledgebase\/moving-your-license-keys to move the license keys for these plugins to staging, and then move them back to production after updates\/testing are complete.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Question:<\/strong> When we remove the license keys from production (for the purpose of updating\/testing the 3 plugins on staging), will the 3 plugins continue to function on production while the license keys are pointing to staging?
