The tickets are free. When a user visits the site that is not logged in. The are able to submit the information and all the data is passed along correctly.<\/p>\n<p>If a user that has an account and is logged into the system at the time of purchasing\/processing of tickets the Additional Detail information is missing in the email and also in the event under the attendees those users are missing, nor does it show the order being processed.
