We have several options for these courses including adding a textbook, adding an additional course, etc. Is there a way to add these options to a single ticket? Right now, we have to have an individual ticket for each option and can end up with multiple tickets that have to be generated for each option. Example, they want to attend a course and want a textbook and addtional training. This is one ticket. They want to attend a course without a textbook but want additional training, this is another ticket. They want to attend a course without a textbook and without additional training, this is another ticket and the list keeps going.
