I am interested in purchising the pro version of this plugin but have some pre sales questions before I do so: <\/p>\n
1) Our website lists ongoing events and these are always displayed on top of the events page: https:\/\/www.mcrgreater.co.uk\/event. Is there a way these ongoing events can be listed elsewhere (i.e on another page) or have their own section on the existing events page? If not, will the pro version of the plugin have any alternatives for this? <\/p>\n
2) Most of our events are ongoing and last a few months. These events make the website look out-dated – as an event on the 12\/07\/17 has the same date a few weeks later. We have to manually change the start date for it to look new. Is there a way for the date to automatically be updated (to today’s date) for these ongoing events?<\/p>\n
3) What is the Maximum limit of events we can list on the free and pro version of the plugin? Are there any limitations?<\/p>\n
4) Does the pro version offer seperate calanders? We would like one for ongoing events, one for one time\/one off events – does this work on different pages too? <\/p>\n
5) Do we get premium support with the plugin. If we do, how long does it last and what do you provide support in?<\/p>\n
6) Will the upgrade of the Events Calendar Pro affect the layout of my site. I am using the free version of this plugin with the eventica wordpess theme. <\/p>\n
6) Refunds – do you offer them if we\u2019re not happy? How long does the refund policy last for? <\/p>\n
7) Price – Is the $89 a one off payment or is this an annual fee? Is there a vat charge? <\/p>\n
