We are having issues with with the counts on Events being off and names showing up as duplicates on registers when there is only one space booked.<\/p>\n

Apparently this has been going on for some time, but our staff found it difficult to obtain clear examples to document because of manual bookings, cancellations etc.<\/p>\n

In this PDF,<\/a>it documents an event, which was published on 4 July. There are 3 bookings all made by customers directly on the website.<\/p>\n

Briefly, the event shows only 4 spaces remaining but there should be 5. 8 original spaces, 3 bookings, 5 remaining spaces. 2 of the people who have booked show up on the register twice.<\/p>\n

We have been having multiple issues and PHP errors with the website. Another member of your Tech Support team are assisting us with those.<\/p>\n
