Do you have any idea why?  Note that I have been testing the site in the evening since the site is live, and we currently have a different way of purchasing tickets.  We are moving to Event Tickets Plus because of the integration with WooCommerce, which we are not currently using, so when you go to look at the site it may look different.  Because of this, I know it is going to be hard for you to duplicate the problem.
