Doing my first Tickets Plus event, and I’m running into frustrating roadblocks.<\/p>\n
All settings done, WooCommerce integration set up (and working), payment gateway set up (Authorize.net). The settings option for requiring Login before RSVP or before ticket purchase are Unchecked. <\/p>\n
Here are my problems:<\/p>\n
1) The text paragraph with all of the customized event information only shows if the person is logged in, despite the login requirement being set to off. If not logged in, that section shows: “Sorry, but you do not have permission to view this content.”<\/p>\n
2) Similarly, the button for going to CART after selecting a ticket is only visible if the person is logged in.<\/p>\n
3) I cannot find information anywhere about how to include a discount coupon. WooCommerce asks for a coupon code when somebody is buying a ticket (on the WooCommerce page), but I cannot find out where i set up the accepted coupon code.<\/p>\n
4) The field choices for customized attendee information are very limited. Unlike most form plugins, there is no option for a validated email field, or a validated date field (e.g. DOB to verify greater than 21 yrs old). Is there a way to integrate a form from a form plugin, e.g. Formidable Forms?<\/p>\n
