Using the Events Manager plugin (not your product) for two years now, our customers have had a horrid experience with registering and managing their bookings, in particular never receiving their lost password emails. How does The Events Calendar make it the customer experience positive (any videos) and which upsells should I purchase (Calendar, Ticket, others?) to create the best experience possible?
