{"id":1282116,"date":"2017-05-10T18:45:28","date_gmt":"2017-05-11T01:45:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theeventscalendar.com\/support\/forums\/topic\/invalid-license\/"},"modified":"2017-05-11T13:06:04","modified_gmt":"2017-05-11T20:06:04","slug":"invalid-license","status":"closed","type":"topic","link":"https:\/\/theeventscalendar.com\/support\/forums\/topic\/invalid-license\/","title":{"rendered":"Invalid License"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hello,<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ve purchased a license for the Events Calendar PRO and getting an error message with our installation.<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/www.dropbox.com\/s\/q4q0gcqabdly0u6\/Screenshot%202017-05-10%2018.27.50.png (All Plugins)<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/www.dropbox.com\/s\/cn2ss1llqep4kpq\/Screenshot%202017-05-10%2018.32.18.png (Alert at Top of Dashboard)<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/www.dropbox.com\/s\/298dpivgemrgs77\/Screenshot%202017-05-10%2018.32.57.png (No aggregator license)<\/p>\n<p>What is really odd here, is that we seem to be showing the WRONG license every time we update the license.<\/p>\n<p>We come to the website, log into our account (here) and copy the license.<\/p>\n<p>We then go to our dashboard &gt;&gt; Events Calendar PRO &gt;&gt; Settings and add the license (it pastes correctly).<\/p>\n<p>Then we click &#8220;Save Changes&#8221;, it validates and shows the correct expiry date.<\/p>\n<p>Then all of a sudden on refresh, we still have the error and when we return we see the WRONG license in it.<\/p>\n<p>What exactly is going on here?<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve tried re-installing, uninstalling, re-installing, etc. Nothing changes.
