Hi,<\/p>\n

Short: we are looking for a killer feature, but we have not found it yet<\/p>\n

Long:
\nWe’re running a starting wordpress\/buddypress website for logged in members. All members are part of a worldwide community and interested in worldwide events on the subject that matters most for us: agile.<\/p>\n

Separate from our website there is a group of administrators that collects and publishes agile events using google calendar. http:\/\/www.hanoulle.be\/2010\/11\/agile-conferences-calendar\/ All events are organized by different parties, this is only a calendar showing an overview of all events with links to the websites of these organizing parties.<\/p>\n

We currently use a plugin to publish a copy of this calendar (on a public part of our site) at https:\/\/snowbirdcollaboratory.org\/calendar\/ .<\/p>\n

As an alternative, we could use The Events Calendar on our website with the event aggregator, or only use The Events Calendar when we convince the group of administrators using the google calendar to register the events directly into The Events Calendar.<\/p>\n

The Events Calendar offers lots of advantages, but we are looking for one killer feature that would really make using The Events Calendar a no brainer:<\/p>\n

Members of our website attend those events and want to know who else from the members of our website are going there.
\nWe are looking for a possibility to RSVP to those events (like you do on meetup.com).<\/p>\n

Just to be clear: the Agile 2017 conference in Orlando will attract some 2500 attendants, we want to only show the 20 members of our website that are going.<\/p>\n

Do you in any way support such a functionality?<\/p>\n
