Since I set &#8220;required&#8221; to fill in, but how can he go through the cart &amp; check out? Is it I missed any setting? So, my staff manually request info like Gender, size&#8230;etc by email, and I get it, how to add on all these information to his order?<\/p>\n<p>Case 2: I&#8217;d sent event ticket to my customer, order status as complete. But now I receive his email stated that he filled in wrong information. I got the correct info now, but how can I edit this info for his attendee details, so that the correct info will show on his ticket, and I can send him one more ticket which contains correct amended info.<\/p>\n<p>Waiting.
