We created a CSV to import multiple events at once, and it worked perfectly — but we wanted to import additional fields, so yesterday we purchased a license and upgraded to EC Pro. Now, the import process never completes: we select the exact same source file — but when we click on Preview so that we can map data to the fields we want, the small circular timer in the center of the page starts to spin but never stops. We’ve tried multiple times, even rebooting the PC, relaunching WP, and then waiting up to 30 minutes — and still no joy.<\/p>\n
