Hello,<\/p>\n

I was just contacting support regarding some issues with the payment process on tickets with Event Tickets Pro. This month we set up tickets for an event at our venue on the 22nd for a capacity of 75 and received complaints that some payments were not being processed or were being processed incorrectly. However some people had no issues at all.<\/p>\n

> The first issue being that some people have purchased tickets and never received an email with the ticket and address, but were sent the Woo Commerce “order complete” email only.<\/p>\n

> The second issue being that some people reported receiving an email saying their orders were cancelled, but still received a confirmation email.<\/p>\n

> Some people just couldn’t get there orders to go through at all. (no confirmation email)<\/p>\n

We’d love to continue using your service for our non-profit, however we’re just at a standstill at how to make sure there aren’t any more hiccups in the ticketing process.
