{"id":1273657,"date":"2017-04-24T14:06:20","date_gmt":"2017-04-24T21:06:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theeventscalendar.com\/support\/forums\/topic\/major-issues-just-purchased\/"},"modified":"2017-04-24T14:06:20","modified_gmt":"2017-04-24T21:06:20","slug":"major-issues-just-purchased","status":"closed","type":"topic","link":"https:\/\/theeventscalendar.com\/support\/forums\/topic\/major-issues-just-purchased\/","title":{"rendered":"Major issues, just purchased"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;ve just purchased and installed Events Tickets plus, the plugin is not working properly, tickets are not getting saved.<\/p>\n<p>It is not working at all, tickets get saved but do not appear neither on the backend (single event edit page) nor on the front-end (single event page)<\/p>\n<p>I NEED a solution<\/p>\n<p>The first time I tried to use the plugin it worked but had this three issues, <\/p>\n<p>1- Once the plugin (Event Tickets Plus) is installed the field price disappears from the event details box so if I don&#8217;t add the price to the tickets description it is not featured anywhere.
