When a customer purchases a ticket I am not receiving a ‘new order’ email. The customer is receiving an email of their tickets only.
\nI have discussed this with my hosting account Godaddy but they say that the email is not even relaying to them and advised I speak with my paid plugin which is you. Could you please advise how to fix.
