Then the first try to the payment screen is cancelled by the user, the newly created order is set as cancelled as the message on screen states, but at the same time the cart still contains the ticket. When trying again to pay for the tickets, all custom ticket fields are lost when the new order is created and set to status processing. New tickets are created, but without any custom field values.<\/p>\n<p>Supplied system status info is from our production site where we cannot inactivate other plugins or reset the current theme, but we tested this on our test installation with all plugin except woocommmerce inactivated and with twenty-sixteen theme active.
