Hi, just wanted to run this info by you folks. I have a dev site running TEC, latest version and complete system info is below. Right now, the A record of the default URL (ndmag.com) is pointing to our current host as we prepare to move the site to GoDaddy Enterprise business hosting (dedicated server with 4GB RAM). In doing some plugin\/performance testing prior to launch, I noticed that with TEC\/TEC Pro enabled, the total plugin load time was over 3.5 sec. and there were 579 SQL queries made. With those plugins disabled, the queries dropped to 80 and the plugin load time to less than 3\/10 of a second. And that’s with no visitors ;-( See attached screen shots. Now I am starting to wonder if the whole reason for us need gin to go from SiteGround shared hosting at $7\/mo. to GoDaddy enterprise hosing at $50\/mo. is because of the TEC plugins. Are you folks working on any performance improvement to address this? I am loathe to move to another plugin for our event calendaring as we like all the features and options, but still… If you can shed any light on this it would be much appreciated. Thanks!<\/p>\n
