We created a recurring event in January 2017, that was supposed to occur every Sunday until December 2017. However, there was some sort of glitch or bug that created over 90,000 recurrences. This is causing our entire office’s server to crash and is affecting all of the other websites. Our resident IT informed us the only way to correct the issue is to delete all 90,000 events. He is unable to delete them all at once, and we can only delete 2 events at a time. If we delete 3 or more we get a 504 error message. The same error message comes up when we try to empty the trash. It would take us months to go through and delete all of the events. Is there a way that support can delete all of the events from their end? Please help!
