{"id":1264150,"date":"2017-04-04T08:54:40","date_gmt":"2017-04-04T15:54:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theeventscalendar.com\/support\/forums\/topic\/issues-using-events-calendar-pro-and-event-tickets\/"},"modified":"2017-04-04T08:54:40","modified_gmt":"2017-04-04T15:54:40","slug":"issues-using-events-calendar-pro-and-event-tickets","status":"closed","type":"topic","link":"https:\/\/theeventscalendar.com\/support\/forums\/topic\/issues-using-events-calendar-pro-and-event-tickets\/","title":{"rendered":"Issues using Events Calendar Pro and Event Tickets"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hello, <\/p>\n<p>We are experiencing several issues across a range of scenarios, we have a PDF to attach with some screenshots of the issues we&#8217;ve encountered and would like to share this privately. <\/p>\n<p>1.\tDates do not seem to be working correctly for recurring events &#8211; we are seeing &#8220;Event on unspecified date&#8221; for recurring events<br \/>\n2.\tOnce number of tickets available is entered for the a series, it only displays the number of tickets available for the first event in that series:<br \/>\n3.\tIf tickets are bought offline for an event in a series, there is no way to update the total number of tickets remaining for that specific event.<br \/>\n4.\tA customer who purchased 3 tickets for an event which was part of a series was sent a ticket with the date of the first event in that series, not the date that she booked for.<br \/>\n5.\tCan an email be automatically sent to the organisers email address (as well as the admin team\u2019s) when a booking is taken?<br \/>\n6.\tCan there be the option to ask a question per booking, as well as per attendee.
