\nWe are using the Event Tickets plugin for our Cooking Classes. And while purchases populate through the attendees list with the customer count, it does not reduce stock on the front end or switch over to sold out when people buy seats for the class. We have to manually reduce every order – and watch to ensure we don’t oversell. This was not always the case, just within the last year or so – prior to this it reduced correctly. We have not made any major changes to our site – we just started to notice glitches with quantities (as of a year ago). We have updated our plugin to the Events Plus version per support recommendation and it worked on the development site but not on the live. We would greatly appreciate help resolving this as it has become a major undertaking with our online ecommerce. This class in particular had 20 seats available (https:\/\/www.newpi.coop\/event\/cheese-friends-class\/) two have been purchased to date – but the site and backend have 20 seats still remaining for purchase. <\/p>\n
