{"id":1255738,"date":"2017-03-17T05:31:50","date_gmt":"2017-03-17T12:31:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theeventscalendar.com\/support\/forums\/topic\/event-tickets-plus-16\/"},"modified":"2017-03-21T20:48:17","modified_gmt":"2017-03-22T03:48:17","slug":"event-tickets-plus-16","status":"closed","type":"topic","link":"https:\/\/theeventscalendar.com\/support\/forums\/topic\/event-tickets-plus-16\/","title":{"rendered":"Event Tickets Plus"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hi,<\/p>\n<p>Before committing to purchasing, I do have a few questions (quite a few I&#8217;m afraid as you don&#8217;t appear to offer a timed trial).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If more than one ticket is purchased by a customer, can I:\n<ul>\n<li>add and modify the fields that collect ticket holder info?<\/li>\n<li>Can some \/ all of those fields be made mandatory?<\/li>\n<li>How can I retrieve any info collected like this?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>At what point and where is that info requested from the customer?<\/li>\n<li>How exactly does the plugin integrate with Woo? I.E. Do I (or the plugin) set up tickets as products in Woo and use Woo&#8217;s stock control etc?<\/li>\n<li>Re the previous point &#8211; what if I already have some Woo product RSVP &#8220;tickets&#8221; using the non-plus Event Tickets plugin which I now want to charge for?
