We purchased your plugin but it does not work correctly &#8211;  It does not  collect the &#8220;additional info&#8221; from attendees, which is actually the reason, why we purchased this plugin. We addressed our concerns at plugins forum. We had a nice chat with Hunter, but he could not help us. When I looked around in the forum I noticed that many pepole had the same problem in last two weeks. And many of them did not got any answers in the forum.<\/p>\n<p>We wanted to start selling tickets last week, but could not do it, because for us, the attendee info is crucial.
