A booking calendar for excursions and incursions that needs to be able to:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Calendar with ability to have several times per day (excursion bookings only and please see below for days\/times)
\n\u00b7 Calendar with ability to block out date\/time when booked automatically
\n\u00b7 As there is not a specific number of students per booking, we need it to be about booking the time out without entering PAX or meeting a PAX quota to book
\n\u00b7 The ability to set our own fields for the form (eg name, school, school address, approx. number of students, etc)
\n\u00b7 No payment required
\n\u00b7 Ability to have a risk assessment below booking form for teacher to read
\n\u00b7 Ability for our receptionists to be sent email with all details of booking once teacher has completed the form<\/p>\n
Days\/times for school excursions:
\nMonday: 10.30am & 12.30pm
\nTuesday: 10.30am & 12.30pm
\nWednesday: 10.00am, 10.45am & 12.30pm
\nThursday: 10.00am, 10.45am & 12.30pm
\nFriday: 10.30am & 12.30pm<\/p>\n
Note: Incursions, don\u2019t need time\u2019s only dates<\/p>\n
Term dates for 2017:
\nTerm 1: Monday 30th January 2017 \u2013 Friday 7th April 2017
\nTerm 2: Wednesday 26th April 2017 \u2013 Friday 30th June 2017
\nTerm 3: Monday 17th July 2017 \u2013 Friday 22nd September 2017
\nTerm 4: Monday 9th October 2017 \u2013 Friday 15th December 2017<\/p>\n
For the excursion booking form. Can the following fields please be present for the teachers to write in their answers:<\/p>\n
