I currently have the Payment Gateway in sandbox mode and have been testing out the purchasing process with an event of mine. When I finish the payment with direct bank transfer, I am getting a notification saying internal server error (see screenshot). Now maybe this is because it is in sandbox mode etc. However, I then get 2 emails (order on hold, and then order complete). as the admin I also get an email about the new customer order.  However, I receive no ticket. <\/p>\n<p>When I go to my account and click orders, I can see my completed orders. But there is also no link or anything to download your tickets. <\/p>\n<p>I am not sure why this is happening? Also, when I check on woocommerce emails to see where the email is going, it doesn&#8217;t have &#8216;customer&#8217; &#8211; it&#8217;s just blank. I can&#8217;t edit this &#8211; but I don&#8217;t know if that&#8217;s the problem.
