Problem is that the import of the .ics files DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY EITHER as I have addressed mistakenly under the Pre-Sales Questions.  The problem with the .ics import is not from the conversion of the third party as he checked everything out on his side and I can import into Outlook without any problems.
