I’m looking to find out more about Tickets.<\/p>\n
We’re running an intranet-Wordpress page for our employees. We have a number of regular free events. Registering for these events is currently organised on a Sharepoint platform, but we’re looking to move the registration process for our department’s events to this WordPress page and are considering using The Events Calendar Tickets and RSVP. <\/p>\n
We basically have a database of all our employees. On Sharepoint, once they’re logged onto the system, all they need to do is click a button so they’re registered and they also receive an Exchange-calendar entry. We’re looking to emulate this – so the most important part for us is that they also only have to click one button, if we were to use WordPress and The Events Calendar + Tickets. I have two questions:<\/p>\n
1) Given that all users are logged onto our network, can you see that there is a solution where fields such as name and e-mail address are auto-populated, and further, that maybe these fields aren’t even visible anymore?<\/p>\n
2) Do you think there can be a solution that we see a list of events, as can be seen on the second image here for example: https:\/\/theeventscalendar.com\/showcase\/culinarylocal\/<\/p>\n
But when the user clicks the button (in the above example “register”), they automatically subscribe to the event and get sent an email with details, instead of first having to go to the event page and then hitting submit. <\/p>\n
