After reading several support threads about this and going through all recommended troubleshoot steps, I have determined that the field shows up on the TwentySeventeen theme when I select a ticket quantity, but it does not show in my site&#8217;s theme (neither the parent nor child theme). When I select a ticket quantity in my theme, the &#8220;display:none&#8221; inline style for the custom field remains intact when a quantity is set.<\/p>\n<p>I believe this is happening because my theme uses a different style of quantity selectors than the standard WP up and down arrow selectors. See the screenshots below.
