A client of mine organizes sport events. Attendees can register on individual basis or register a team. In case of the latter, they should provide teammember info, including their email adresses, upon which each team member receives an email automatically saying they have been registered for a specific event by person [name], et cetera. Currently I have this up and running with Gravity Forms + Woocommerce. It works but still requires lots of Excel exports and manipulations to get a complete list that is used during the event. I’m looking for a more sophisticated\/dedicated system. Not sure if you guys have a solutions for buying a ‘group-ticket’.
