The default payment options tab for CE says ‘paypal’ even it that is not a payment option .<\/p>\n

It would be great for people to be able to select the payment methods that ‘that user’ wants with a global override to lock particular methods of payment.<\/p>\n

Eg:<\/p>\n

Global:
\nx Stripe
\no Paypal [optional]
\no Pay at the door (aka cash) [optional]<\/p>\n

User:
\nx Stripe (you must offer this option)
\no Paypal [optional]
\no Pay at the door (aka cash) [optional]<\/p>\n

Would be great for them to be able to enter their payment details also using a private salt by site owner so that community events could then enter their payment details and they could be encrypted for the site owner to view when they pay out a user.
