I read this thread: https:\/\/theeventscalendar.com\/support\/forums\/topic\/tickets-reduced-to-0-and-cannot-edit-existing-tickets\/ and this may solve the problem but I am not sure where to comment out the mention of other shopping carts.  We have deactivated all other plugins and found no conflict.
