The issues boil down into two major problems:<\/p>\n<p>1)\tOccasionally when a customer is attempting to make a purchase, it will decline their transaction \u2013 but if they put in identical information another time it will go through. We want to make sure the transaction isn\u2019t being blocked by something from the website.<br \/>\n2)\tOccasionally when a customer is signing up for an event, an error message saying \u201cthis email is already in use\u201d will appear and prevent the transaction. The solution given in the &#8220;Easy Digital Downloads&#8221; FAQ didn&#8217;t really work, as we don&#8217;t have users sign up on the website.<\/p>\n<p>We recently renewed our licence with Event Tickets Plus because we thought that all of the functionality of EDD was bundled in.
