But when i create the link for &#8216;my events&#8217; outside of the add event page if i have no events, it takes me to a login screen.  if i have events, it takes me to the events.  <\/p>\n<p>If i use the same link from within the add event page&#8230;  it takes me to a page that says i have no events&#8230;or i do \ud83d\ude09  <\/p>\n<p>why is it that the same path in two links will give me different results?  <\/p>\n<p>the link is being referenced from https:\/\/www.unnetix.com\/dashboard<\/p>\n<p>recap:  if a link to my events is clicked from the dashboard.  it goes to logon page IF there are no events i&#8217;ve created.  If I go to the same link from the add event page url it tells me i have no events if i have no events.  is it because i&#8217;m referencing a page inside the &#8216;events&#8217; directory? from inside vs not?  <\/p>\n<p>help me obi wan!
