Hi TEC,<\/p>\n

When users get a ticket on my site, why does it sometimes show up in the attendees list as two tickets?<\/p>\n

I have attached an image, basically, but what happens is that above each ticket on this list was another ticket (as you can see on the first ticket), with the same name, however there was no ‘View Details’ link – however this purcahser only purchased one ticket.<\/p>\n

Why does 2 tickets show?<\/p>\n

Please help.<\/p>\n
